Eligibility and Age Requirements

To open and maintain a 99xb account and to use any service offered on the platform, you must meet all eligibility criteria at registration and throughout the life of your account. 99xb is an online gaming platform intended strictly for adults in Bangladesh.

Account Registration and Security

When registering a 99xb account you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 99xb will never ask for your password through any channel, including support communications.

• Each person is permitted to hold only one 99xb account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — regardless of the mobile numbers used — constitutes a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• You must register using a mobile number that is currently in your possession and registered in your name. Using another person's number to create or access a 99xb account is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact 99xb support immediately and change your password without delay.
• 99xb may request KYC identity verification documents at any time. Failure to complete a KYC request within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze until verification is complete.

99xb accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to operate your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 99xb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 99xb supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. By making a deposit, you confirm the funds come from a legitimate source and that you are the registered holder of the payment account used.

• Deposits are credited to your 99xb balance in real time upon payment confirmation. If a deposit does not appear within ten minutes of confirmation, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment account registered in the same name as your 99xb account. 99xb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 99xb offers welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms below and to any additional terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of those terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested from the bonus-derived balance.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the bonus offer. Using a bonus on an ineligible category may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games on the 99xb platform operate using certified and audited RNG systems or, in the case of live casino titles, professional live dealer studios. 99xb does not influence game outcomes. The following gameplay rules apply to all users of the platform.

• Bets placed and confirmed in a game round are final. Players may not cancel or reverse a bet once it has been accepted by the game system, except where a documented technical error on the part of 99xb caused an incorrect outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's own rules. Where a round cannot be completed due to a server error on 99xb's side, affected bets will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance.
• Players must not use any software, script, or automated tool to influence gameplay, predict outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage. Use of such tools constitutes cheating and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating multiple 99xb accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a previous ban or suspension.

• Providing false or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal processing. Attempting to exploit software errors or game malfunctions to generate winnings that would not result from normal gameplay.

Responsible Gaming

• The account is suspected of being used for money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, 99xb may freeze the account balance pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities.
• The account holder requests voluntary closure. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance net of pending wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Amendments to These Terms

99xb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
